QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Knowledge of oil and gas industry both onshore and offshore
- Must have extensive knowledge of offshore project management, budget control, schedule control and quality control management.
- Familiar with international codes and standards related to offshore engineering commonly accepted in the oil and gas industry including to related local regulations for offshore design and construction.
- Must have a good understanding of facilities design and production operations including a broad range of expertise on conceptual, development and production operations of offshore constructions.
- Good verbal communication, coordination and organizing skills with ability to work with minimal supervision and liaise effectively and efficiently with other team members within / outside Department.
- Demonstrate high level of interpersonal skills and integrity
- Stakeholder Management skills - Proven ability to build strong working relationship with internal and external parties
- Minimum of 15 years' experience in Offshore Oil&Gas with minimum 10 years' experience in Project management role with proven track record in FEED, Detailed Engineering, EPCIC, projects management & execution.
- Experiences in FEED/ EPCIC and Offshore pipeline in the similar scale
- Experiences in unmanned processing platform design are preferable
- Experiences as Company Site Representative and/or field engineer during Offshore construction for major project are preferable
- Experiences in project management with scope of shore approach pipeline are advantage.
- Experiences in CFT development and Tendering execution of Offshore facilities are advantage
- Experiences in project with high H2S content are advantage
