IT Project Manager

The IT Project Manager is accountable for the following end results:

  • Lead project teams from option generation through execution to meet stated business and project objectives
  • Establishment and measurement of key project objectives
  • Clarify, develop, evaluate and detail individual project plans
  • Risk identification, assessment, and mitigation
  • Project team cohesiveness where team members are in multiple locations and of diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Balance business desires/requirements with IT possibilities and cost constraints.



Minimum requirements and qualifications:

  • BS degree in business, computer science or related field, technical training, and experience
  • Approximately 7+ years related experience
  • PMP Certification or Project Management Certification highly desired
  • Build client and customer relationships
  • Proven verbal and written communication
  • Seek information, conceptual problem solver, takes initiative
  • Professional confidence; makes an impact and influences others
  • Willing to take ownership - achievement driven
  • Able to hold team and individuals accountable and lead change efforts
  • Lead teams focusing on teamwork and cooperation
  • Familiar with IT Project Execution Methodologies
  • Avid user of Microsoft Project (or equivalent)
  • Project experience base which includes Project Management of Applications Systems and Services
  • Project Management of SAP Deployments (or enterprise equivalent) for both ERP and HR areas
  • Fluent in Spanish or resides locally
  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to remove roadblocks for the team
  • Great communicator
  • Ability to anticipate and mitigate risk



Work Schedule - 12 - 16 hours per week
