Administrative Clerk

Hourly Rate: $23-25/hr
Shift: 8am-5pm, M- F

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administration Clerk to join a world-class global biotech team in Carlsbad, CA.

As a Manufacturing Team Admin, you will work closely with Human Resources, Health and Safety, and the Manufacturing Management team. You will be responsible for assisting with email, webpage and display monitor communications, and maintaining distribution lists. Coordinating and scheduling manufacturing meetings, employee activities and cultural events with facility management, and vendors, including lunches. Maintaining office supplies, promotional materials/gifts, and laboratory PPE stocks. Facilitating new hire onboarding, including new hire welcome packages, desk setups, onboarding agenda facility tour, and badging. Supporting Health and Safety program administration, coordinating weekly inspections and tracking, coordinate recordkeeping, daily production meeting reports, employee safety communications.

JOB FUNCTIONS:
Coordinate meetings, scheduling, create business reports, and provide clear communications to support manufacturing operations and compliance activities.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:
* Organized and analytical-minded.
* Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Self-sufficient. Ability to manage numerous activities with attention to detail.
* A high school disploma / GED Equivalent is required for this position.
