Technical Skills
• In depth knowledge of Windows operating system, GIL and modern desktop and authentication method.
• IT service delivery including knowledge of ITSM and tools to support IT delivery processes (Service Now, GIL Tools, etc.)
• Ability to use and configure above tools to evolve processes and report on service performance, data accuracy and discrepancies.
• Problem solving skills (general and technical)
• Definition of metrics to drive service and process improvements.
Leadership Skills
• Respond promptly to customer problems and provides timely & professional quality service to customers.
• Communicate professionally with clients, identify the problem, resolve or escalate the problem.
• Communicates clearly to IT technical staff and Leadership in a clearly concise manner
• Technical assistance to customers, other IT/Telecoms teams and Infrastructure Support Team members.
• Ensure the Information Protection of our Systems, Data, and follow evergreen processes
Education
• Technical education (Telecommunications or Automation/ Electrical/ Instrumentation preferable)
• Business Knowledge

• Works within IT Team and Commissioning Team to ensure all installations and changes are completed in accordance with change control process, design standards and to high professional standards.
• Works with team to ensure all facilities under the control of the team are maintained to assure they are in a clean, tidy and supportable condition.
• Actively lead BBS and IIF initiatives
