Contract: Warehouse Admin Assistant / Australia

On behalf of the client, one of the world's largest oil field services companies are looking for a Warehouse Administrative Assistant to join their team in Jandakot, WA. It is a 12-months contractual position to start, with a possible extension.
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, your duties will include but are not limited to:

• General administration and support to the warehouse team
• Collating paperwork and data entry
• Answering phone calls and actioning emails as required
• Liaising with internal staff, customers, and clients
• Use of Microsoft Office suite & Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Assisting the Warehouse manager to complete tasks as required

To be successful in this role you will require:

• Previous experience in Warehouse admin role preferred but not essential
• Good computer skills - experience using Warehouse Management System essential (experience using/knowledge of Salesforce an advantage)
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• A bright and positive attitude
• Willingness to support the team and the business when needed
