Job Details
Location: Belpre, OH—Must be willing to relocate.
Hours: M-F 40+ hours per week.
Pay Range: $110,000-$130,000 per year depending on experience + full benefits package + potential relocation assistance.
Duration: Permanent 
 
Responsibilities

• Manages and leads capital projects for the plant.
• Provides role model leadership for safety culture and behavior on capital projects.
• Works with the plant team to utilize the project execution work process consistently.
• Works with the corporate procurement group to get best price, quality, & timing on capital purchases and contract services. This includes writing complete scopes of work and other contract documents.
• Leads and facilitates all phases of the capital process including field execution.
• Develops monthly forecasting techniques to consistently spend capital based on execution
• Works with project teams to develop good cost estimates for capital projects.
• Develops project schedules and manages/adjusts them to meet established timelines.
• Collaborates effectively with plant engineering, maintenance, and leadership.
• Ability and initiative to rapidly acquire knowledge of the site including chemical processes and physical layout.

 
Job Qualifications

• Must have at least 5+ years of Project Management Experience leading small to medium size capital construction projects.
• Must have 3+ years of dedicated experience executing project related field work.
• Must have a college degree in Engineering or Construction Management or PMP Certification.
• Previous experience working multiple small-medium size capital projects at one time would be a big plus.
• Previous experience supporting projects within the chemical sector would be a big plus.
• Certification in welding would be a plus.
