Contract: Field Document Control Analyst / Canada

The client who is a leading Oil and Gas Midstream company are currently looking for a Document Control Analyst for a 12 Month Term based in Calgary with 1 week per month working at a remote site location.

Role and Responsibilities include and not limited to:

• Facilitate the document deliverable portion of project closeout following the approved process
• Data and document reconciliation
• Data and document numbering, meta data and content quality control
• Load required records to the appropriate system following the approved process and tools;
• Maintain communication with Business Unit and project clients

Skills Required:

• 3 - 8 years Oil & Gas and or Pipeline experience
• Experience working with SharePoint
• Must have experience working in the field
• Strong communication
• Capability of working autonomously
• Organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Eligible to live and work in Canada
