Senior Quality professional for SCM

- Support Supply Chain Management and contract owners (CAMs) in HSSEQ follow up of suppliers.
- Single point of contact for HSSEQ requirements in contracts (HSSEQ appendixes)
- Maintain details of the HSSEQ requirements as part of SCM processes and governing documents concerning procurement strategy, sourcing and contract award and supplier performance management.
- Contribute to overall tender evaluation procedure and HSSEQ weighting.
- Custodian of Standard HSSEQ tender questionnaire for Operations, D&W and Projects
- In collaboration with CAMs – establish supplier HSSEQ follow up plans
- Collection and follow-up of HSSEQ data (incidents, etc) and participate in supplier follow-up in collaboration with contract managers as part of Performance review meetings
- Maintain list of HSSEQ Representatives for contracts
- Participate in development of common HSSEQ Requirements for Prequalification of suppliers – Magnet JQS (NOROG).
- Tender Evaluations
- Support HSSEQ representatives in Tender Evaluations
- Participate in tender evaluation groups when necessary
- Supplier Assurance planning
- Support organization in establishing overview of Suppliers for the High Consequence Activity (HCA) Supplier List
- Support the CAMs in establishing overview of HCA suppliers, their Self Verification (SV) and the CAM’s follow-up plans and status
- Attend Performance Review Meetings to evaluate the SV / follow-up status and suggest intervention if required.

- Support/Perform/Follow-up Supplier Audits & Verifications (inspections, tests, reviews)
- Training of and networking with CAMs, HSSEQ representatives, and Suppliers for Operations, Drilling & Wells (D&W) and Projects.
- Provide training material
- Train and coach CAMs – training classes organized by SCM / Company Academy
- Train and coach HSSEQ representatives for to ensure a uniform
- Train SCM Category Specialists in the HSSEQ interface
- Present the Risk and Barrier / Self-Verifications & Follow-up part of Supplier Management Courses held by SCM

Qualifications & Personal characteristics
- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience within O&G or equivalent industry
- Experience from Quality / HSSE related positions will be preferred. HSSEQ work from both suppliers and operating companies will be considered strength.
- General Experience from Supply Chain, Quality, HSSE and Regulatory work
- Experience from Operations, Drilling & Wells, and/or Projects will be valued

- Strong strategic and analytical skills to see patters and correlations that can support decision basis to minimize Costs of Quality
- Improving supplier quality performance for assigned suppliers via Quality Plan implementation
- Customer-oriented, strong team player, seeking collaboration with focus on what is best for Company
- Ability to “get things done” in close collaboration with stakeholders across several functions and business units
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail
- Structured, analytical and self-motivated
- Fluent in Norwegian and English
