On behalf of our client, one of the world’s largest Oil and Gas exploration and production company, we are seeking a talented individual to join their team as an Operations Administrator based in Gladstone. In this role you will be required to provide efficient professional administration support and support management with general adhoc and administration duties.

This role is Gladstone residential based role on a 12 month contract basis. Requirement will also be to travel to other operational sites as required.

- Proactive management of the Operations SharePoint site
- General and adhoc administration support, special projects
- Supporting site visits – including visitor passes, catering, agendas
- Meeting management, including minutes, actions trackers, preparing necessary documentation
- Support administration function as required
Key Responsibilities
- Managing GFM calendar
- Coordinating meetings including room bookings and catering
- Managing travel and expense claims
- Coordinating travel bookings for APLNG
- Preparation of documents, presentations as requested
- Information Management support to Brisbane team
- Participation in site initiatives and events

Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 5-7 years administration experience
- Autonomous working style
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrated skills in prioritisation, diary management and independent project management
- Strong customer focus and ability to develop strong customer/client relationships and networks
- Information Management experience
- Strong computer skills
- Background in Management/Document Control is HIGHLY regarded.
