Your role
As a Regional Initiatives Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance to controls, product integrity, and trade regulation requirements. You will analyze network data to optimize sourcing by minimizing cost and satisfying customer demand and review networksourcing and distribution on an on-going basis to maintain optimal operating conditions.

As a Regional Initiatives Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance to controls, product integrity, and trade regulation requirements. You will analyze network data to optimize sourcing by minimizing cost and satisfying customer demand and review networksourcing and distribution on an on-going basis to maintain optimal operating conditions.
You will also be responsible in:
- Managing and leading the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large scale projects
- Acting as a Primary Operations Representative at Product Management meetings
- Providing scoping and analytical support for Supply related activities on a given project.
- Creating and executing project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Communicating status and updates in a timely fashion and keeping project team well informed of changes within the project.
- Suggesting areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions
- Coordinating inventory rundown, component rundown, movement of obsolete inventories and introduction of new products. Serving as communication contact between ExxonMobil support groups.
- Coordinating and supporting Article Management eliminations as identified by Marketing
- Participating in MBU Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) reviews
- Participating in project reappraisal process as Supply representative
- Providing direction for accurate system setups which include SAP, EMAPSS, and CRM
- Ensuring all activities conform to the expectations set forth in the BPIMS Framework
You are what we are looking for if you:
- Have relevant experience and understanding of Lubricants/Oil & Gas/Chemicals business and overall network strategy, supply/demand balance, supply chain, sourcing, and plant operating constraints
- Are familiar with SAP and able to build and execute simple queries, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Have a valid work authorization in Singapore that does not require sponsorship, are based in Singapore, and available within short notice due to time and travel (Covid-19) constraints
