The candidate must have experience as PIC and WRP in maintenance, turnaround or project works. Must have experience in carrying out and managing scaffolding installation works, insulation works, maintenance and repair of buildings and structures, in performing working at height activities, including rope access, with gas-hazardous works, confined space works. The candidate must have experience in coordinating work on water jet / sandblasting, application of protective coatings, lifting and rigging works.
Safety and Environmental Protection commitment: Demonstrate a personal readiness to fulfill the requirements of RoK Labor Protection, Environment and Safety, by: fulfilling the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Labor Protection, Safety and Environmental protection; Comply with safety policies and procedures, regulations, norms and standards. Together with the CHESM group to conduct inspections of contractors workplaces (Maintenance Department). Be responsible for the transportation of harmful and toxic waste from the place of export to landfills. Controls the correctness of waste manifest registration, this position is the link between the Department of Ecology and the Plant / SSU OffPlot facilities. Apply Safe Work Analysis and audits to evaluate the performance of shop personnel and contractors. Actively participates in Contractors Safety Management Process. Take part in HAZOP analysis when performing high risk work by contracting companies staff. Participates in all activities to improve labor safety, as well as take part for responding emergency and/or crisis situations.
Requirements needed: Citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Higher technical education (Maintenance and/or Production Operations). Experience in Maintenance/Operation for at least 3 years. Comprehending of HSE requirements management principles and their application in the Company. Practical knowledge of relevant regulations, procedures, and instructions. Confident user of MS Office. Teamwork skills. Knowledge of English not lower than Intermediate
