Specialist must possess:
• fundamental knowledge in electrical engineering.
Must have practical work experience with electrical equipment:
• Hands-on experience in maintenance of electrical equipment such as transformers, switchgears and preferably generators.
• The candidate should have experience in operation of the electrical equipment below:
- Maintenance and repair of electrical equipment of switchgear rated below 1000 V;
- Maintenance and repair 10, 35 and 110 ?V gas-insulated and vacuum circuit breakers.
- Maintenance and repair 10, 35 and 110 ?V disconnectors.
- Operation and maintenance of 10, 35 and 110 ?V switchgear equipment.
• Higher Education in the specialty of Electrical Power Industry.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Production or Training in the specialty of Electrical Power Industry
• Knowledge and full understanding of RoK and TCO Safety Requirements (must have an Electrical Safety Certificate – Group 4 is the minimum requirement).
• Knowledge of UPS equipment
• Mentoring/coaching skills (especially when dealing with new hires).
• Good skills in both writing and oral communication is a must; these will include, but not limited by, ability to write high quality notes, reports; meeting communication skills, presentation’s skills, critical thinking.
• Having PC user skills – MS Office
• Planning & organizational abilities.
• Must have Team-Player’s skills and abilities to cooperate with other Discipline Specialists
• Language literacy – Russian and Kazakh
• English Language basic level or higher
• Analytical mindset
• Ability to develop the documents according to tasks
• Knowledge of:
Methods to draft technical tasks while developing training materials and other documents to develop competency in compliance with customer requirements;
Training material standardization processes;
Training quality assessment processes;
Operating procedures standardization process;
Base Operations process equipment purpose/use;
• Adaptability, flexibility
• Quick learner
