ERP & HRIS Project Manager – 11 Months Contract – France (Paris or PAU) (with travel)
Essential:- Experience of ERP & HRIS implementation & developed within multiple countries (Greenfield), Languages- English, 10 years’ experience in IT project implementation or (ERP systems/ HR systems), ideally with international exposure. Degree. Focus on cost effectiveness, constant improvement of systems and processes, LEAN.
This ERP & HRIS Project Manager will be working on a Major complex pipeline project.

For the Finance and HR Business
Technical competencies:
Candidates must be eligible to work in France

ERP & HRIS Project Manager Missions/Service Dimensions
Mission:
- Effective implementation of Finance ERP and HRIS
- IT project coordination with business teams, integrator/editor teams
- Change management and End user training
- Direct involvement in the several workstreams as actual resources require
For the Finance and HR Business
- Key interface for Workday integrator team
- Lead, organize and conduct the IT project implementation
- Analyse, collect and assess needs
- Develop, liaising with Businesses, the Business process mapping, defining technical and functional requirements to be implemented
- Develop and structure the IT System with Workday Integrators
- Conduct IT tests
- Validate and manage the implementation schedule
- Manage and oversee the implementation budget
- Lead the conduct of change: training for key users, end-user, IT support documentation
- Three countries: UK, Uganda and Tanzania
- Need to roll out ERP and HRIS in a newly created company.
- Commitments to stringent requirements a.o. well documented organization, procedures, cost control mechanisms, compliance process, reporting, covenants and governance
Technical competencies:
- Strong technical skills in IT system
- Strong experience in project management (Integrator interface, budget/Schedule management)
- Analytical mind, focus on processes, attention for details
- Strong interpersonal, communication, didactic and coaching skills
- Agility to manage multicultural and multisite teams
- Communication, didactic, interpersonal skills, ability to cope with pressure/deadlines
- Focus on delivery in time & quality, planning, multitasking, delegation & control skills
- Ability to manage pressure and deadlines
