The valued client is seeking a Business Analyst II for a long-term contract.
Job Details:
Liaison between warehouse operations (procurement) and business lines to address material management stewardship, Inventory Issues, project material coordination.
Responsibilities:
• Manage stock materials, transportation, logistics includes Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Goods Return, MOH materials, etc. and in some cases where appropriate non-stock materials
• Manage returns to stock and ensuring appropriate approvals in place
• Perform SAP reporting and analysis on a regular basis
• Support process improvements to support continued improvements.
• Consult global supply chain to ensure alignment with global expectations/deliverables
• Manage warehouse backloads and coordinate with other departments for required activities
• Support Inventory cycle attests and Counts (225 & MOH)
• Support business as required for shutdowns/special projects
• Monitor/steward metrics including cycle time, reliability, availability, OTD, aged reservations
• Perform warehouse attests as required, including annual safety checklist
• Monitor open shipments to offshore to ensure completion and/or cross-dock
• Run analysis to determine critical/planned order items with 'Zero' warehouse bin levels requiring attention and determine resolution when there are issues
• Provide data support and run analysis by plant locations as required upon request
• Conduct follow-up analysis, investigation and research as appropriate for materials required
• Conduct In line file reviews as required.
• Backfill for the other warehouse analyst as required.
• Assist the business with sale/disposal/surplus materials and ensuring appropriate backup documentation is in place including Controllers support
