Context of the mission

Our client are looking for a HSE Manager (Construction), for a construction site currently open in the Netherlands (Klundert), the Construction of an air separation unit.

-3-5 years of successful experience in construction and start-up as a Manager / HSE manager of the Oil & Gas site.

-Fluent English required/Dutch is required.

Mission objectives and tasks

Ensure the application of HSE requirements by staff and subcontractors.

Writing, updating or validation of security procedures.

Safety reception of the workers, monitoring of the HSE qualifications of the staff.

Animation of security talks.

Animation of weekly security meetings.

Safety organization of activities through the development or verification of risk analyzes, management of co-activity by SIMOPS, issuance of work permits, verification of risk analyzes before task, prevention and identification of risky situations, implementation in place of corrective actions.

Mastery of incident investigation methods and cause trees.

Field profile knowing how to be flexible in terms of working hours. Excellent knowledge of risky activities (tire tests, working at height, X-ray shots, confined spaces, lifting, pre-start operations, etc.)
