- General understanding of construction progress measurement.
- Understand construction work activities and processes.
- Advanced level Excel skills, proficient user of Word and Power Point.
- Previous construction and/or field Project Controls experience preferred.
- Must be able to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Russian and English languages.
