Contract: Senior Contracts Engineer / Netherlands

The client in the Netherlands are recruiting for a Senior Contracts Engineer on a contract basis. Only EU candidates will be considered for this position.

As Senior Contracts Engineer you are responsible for:

• managing and administrating all related subcontracting activities on various Projects in a timely, quality focused and budget driven way in accordance with the Company Management System (CMS)
• ability to contribute to subcontracting strategies, the preparation of invitations to tender through to evaluation of tender proposals and final contract award and subsequent contract administration through to close-out
• in particular, evaluation and negotiation of commercial and contractual matters, and co-ordination of technical evaluations of the received tenders
• organizing and leading tender clarification meetings, Tender Board meetings, kick-off and commercial meetings
• working closely with the Project Team and other departments and interfaces as required
