Contract: Subsea Flow Assurance Engineer / France

The Service Holder is responsible for the flow assurance studies of the project during the whole project execution duration from FEED phase, through detailed engineering phase, in compliance with the Project objectives related to Safety, Environment, Quality, Cost and Planning.

ACTIVITIES
• Clarify with Subsea FEED CTR Alliances the Process/FA design basis and requirements from Company, the expected Scope Of Work.
• Clarify with FPSO Basic engineering CTR the Process design basis and requirements from Company, the expected Scope Of Work.
• Establish during FEED the technical interfaces data between Subsea and FPSO for Process and Flow Assurance matters.
• Coordinate the review of all Subsea flow assurance documents issued by FEED CTRs. Ensure comments are understood and implemented.
• Coordinate the review of all FPSO flow assurance and process documents issued by FPSO basic eng CTR. Ensure comments are understood and implemented.
• Participate to technical meetings/workshops where Process/FA is involved. Meetings/workshops with other disciplines on Company side or Alliance/CTR side.
• Keep FEED Engineering Manager informed of his activity, progress, issues.
• Answer to clarifications from Subsea FEED CTRs and FPSO BE CTR on Process/FA.
• Write Derogation Requests on Process/FA if any.
• Participate to HAZID/HAZOP, PID review, safety engineering review as required for Process/FA discipline.
• Prepare Project Reviews documents and answer to findings for Process/FA discipline.
• Be the Focal point Flow Assurance metier in HQ. Maintain HQ up to date of all technical issue or challenge, and coordinate the technical support that may be required from HQ in Process/FA
• Coordinate with Field Ops team in HQ and ensure that all flow assurance and process studies are consistent with operating philosophy. Highlight any modification in the operating philosophy that is shown necessary by flow assurance and process studies.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• 10 years’ experience minimum on Contractor Side or Company Side in Flow Assurance thermohydraulic studies
• 5 years’ experience in FEED or EPC Engineering Dossier development as Flow Assurance Engineer
• Good knowledge of thermohydraulic modelisation for multiphase flow
• Good knowledge of physico-chemistry, thermodynamics for hydrocarbon fluids
• Good knowledge of technologies available for subsea systems, flowlines and risers
• Good knowledge of Engineering work practices during FEED
• Capacity to work in a Team, autonomy, reliability, accountable on his work
