Job Description: MAIN FUNCTIONS

• Maintain Operational Excellence
• Ensure raw material and finished product quality through quality control testing and compliance to site quality assurance procedures
• Maintain equipment systems and materials to support the testing process
• Review test methods for compliance to industry standards
• Maintain QALIMS and data management systems
• Provide timely and accurate data to optimize site manufacturing and packaging efficiencies
• Meet customer service through fast and accurate product quality results and documentation requirements
• Compliance to testing procedures as written
• Support Laboratory goals to meet operational excellence
• Aid in meeting quality objectives established in the QP&G
• Support the quality of our products through adherence to quality policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal regulatory standards for health, safety and environmental requirements through the compliance to all safety and OIMS programs
• Understand and apply Global Product Integrity Management System, GPIMS
• Additional opportunities to serve as SQC coordinators, calibration and maintenance coordinators, and safety and chemical inventory coordinators.

 
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related science or 2 years of laboratory experience
• High Ethic Standards
• Key Skills: Basic Mathematical, Chemistry, and Statistics
