Contract: PTW Specialist / Kazakhstan

Location : Tengiz 28/28

Technical degree in safety or HES disciplines. 
•    Minimum of 5-10  years of HSE experience (Construction or Operations)
•    Five to ten (10) years industrial project / HES related experience 
•    Leadership / coaching / influencing / mentoring experience
•    Experience in client/customer liaison service industry
•    Working knowledge of the TCO and Chevron HES processes
•    Knowledge of HES principles
•    Able to deal with evolving situations in a fast moving environment 
•    PC competency, strong administrative acumen, well organized with strong communication skills

Kazakh, Russian fluency, English basic communication skills 
Basic user knowledge of Lotus Notes or Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
•    Ability to work independently
•    Write and speak in a clear and convincing manner
•    Strong personal character
•    Work well with all levels of the project management team and third parties
•    Good interpersonal skills
•    Organizational skills
