Contract: Site Engineer / Kazakhstan

Location: Karabatan 28/28

•    Minimum 7 Years’ experience in Industrial Cleaning in Oil and gas Industries in senior/coordination role;
•    High level communication skills in English, both oral and written;
•    Supervision and coordination in areas of execution;
•    Carrying the role of subject matter expert in industrial cleaning;
•    Monitoring site foreman and cleaning teams and recording progress;
•    Communicating with operations on requirements in execution of TA;
•    Contractor’s Responsible person to liaise with Company in carrying out the work under the contract;
•    Ensures that the work is performed safely in compliance with RoK regulations, Client’s/Company HSE standards and objectives;
•    Prepares schedule of activities and monitors resource planning for related activities;
•    Anticipates, proposes solutions to Industrial Cleaning related activities;
•    Trains the team for optimal ways of works on workplaces;
 
•    Trains members of team for new skills and knowledge;
•    Ensures safety measures during fulfilment of operations;
•    Complies with internal labour regulations and labour discipline;
•    Fulfils functions stipulated by policy of the company related to industrial safety, protection of labours and environmental safety; as well as required by ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 international standards, Health and safety project management (IOSH);
•    Experience in cleaning to hot work standards including degreasing and jet washing to hot work standard for inspections;
•    Experience in hydro blasting technics to remove rust;
•    Experience in large storage tank cleaning technics;
•    Experience in chemical tank cleaning technics including Lagoon cleaning;
•    Experience in execution with self-propelled and hydraulically driven equipment;
•    Any other tasks and activities upon Company’s request
