Turnaround Administrator/Document Controller / Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta

Position Description

Role consists of providing administrative support to the non-routine execution organization (Turnaround)

Accountabilities

• Supporting in the maintaining of the Non-Routine SharePoint Site
• Assisting in the set-up of Data Sets in the SharePoint Site (Scope Submissions, Job Package Storage)
• Assisting in the storage, maintaining, development and achieving standards forms and documents
• Assistance in readiness review preparation (file, location, format, assurance monitoring)
• Assist in TTX assistance with set up, meeting minutes, and maintaining the action log
• Assist in onboarding of new members (GI access, computer software, equipment, stationary, smart board set up)
• Assist in onboarding of new members leading up to TA phase. (Creating contact list, compiling onboarding binders, setting up logistics, etc.)
• Assist in notifying personnel of updated document versions and how to access them
• Assist Change Coordinator during the execution TA Phase
• Smart Board set up and management
• Temp iPad management
• Assistance in Dashboard development
