Contract: Training Analyst-Training Compliance Analyst / Kazakhstan

Location: Tengiz 28/28

Entering and systematically updating data in the compliance tracking system (CTS), including, but not limited to: monitoring of the compliance of staff with the training requirements at the project, entering data on training courses taken/not taken by employees
Assisting in the preparation of training course schedules, databases and reporting charts    
Developing, compiling and analyzing reports
Using databases to store and use documentation
Taking part in monitoring the implementation of the Department procedures and processes
Participating in safety meetings, notifying participants, compiling packages of meeting materials
Participating in Department projects and initiatives and demonstrating commitment to the employees competence development.
Providing reports on the status of courses taken for individual employees, cost centers and companies upon request
Monitoring the progress of project staff training and providing relevant reports to the staff of Training Department, specifying the training status and progress
Contributing to the improvement of all working processes of FGP Training Department    
Managing the storage system for training roasters and protocols of knowledge tests    
Performing miscellaneous assignments from the managers    
Participating in projects and initiatives of Training Department
Higher education.
Work experience in the operation or in the training system for at least 3 years, or an accredited qualification in professional training and development.
Kazakh, Russian, English-level 2 or higher (should knowledge of one or two of the designated languages be insufficient, a study plan must be in place)
Advanced user of the basic Microsoft Office application package. Advanced user of Excel
