Do you have very good organisational skills and attention to detail, strong inter-personal skills and strong proficiency in use of office systems including Excel?
If so, these skills are a match to what the client is looking for. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) based in Cork, you shall be responsible for the provision of support, mainly to the Legal team.
Responsibilities include:
- Admin assistance to Property internal lawyer where required
- Maintenance of registers for contracts, external spend, current work
- Gatekeeper and manager of the master register of all contracts for the Business
