Junior Site Manager | Education Projects | Salary up to $150k / Australia

The Role
  
Due to continued growth within their business, an opportunity has become available for a qualified carpenter who is looking to take that next step in their career as Junior Site Manager to join their team. You will work closely with the Site Manager to develop and learn the necessary skills and responsibilities to manage a successful site that is delivered on time and within budget.
  
To be considered for the role, you will need to demonstrate the following:  

• Qualified carpenter
• Experience as a leading hand / Foreman
• Experience working on commercial or residential projects ranging in value from $500k up to $5m
• Be willing to assist and work with a Site Manage as your mentor
• Have an energetic personality that is hungry to learn
• Present well & be passionate about construction

  Duties: 

• Be happy to work on the tools as well
• Ability to work closely with project managers

This is a great opportunity for an experienced carpenter or leading hand who is looking to move away from the tools and take responsibility of managing trades on site. You will be provided with full training and development as you deliver your first project as a Site Manager.
