Project Design Architect / Australia

This values-led organization is looking for a Project Architect to work under the Director across high-end residential, boutique/high-end commercial and hotel projects.

The Role Includes (but not limited to):

• Ensure the project work within required timeframes and hourly budgets. Assist Associate with Project Management.
• Prepare concept and schematic design and town planning documentation as instructed by the Associate/Project Director.
• Design development and documentation of all stages of projects, including joinery and interior detailing for residential, multi residential, commercial and hospitality projects using AutoCAD/Revit.
• Oversee, guide and advice to documentation team and support staff.
• Assist in planning documentation programs, team activities and monitor progress.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, builder during construction stage.
• Liaise with clients and direct team members to ensure all aspects of the project are coordinated.
