Product Manager / Singapore

The client is a logistics tech company offering innovative SaaS, in search of a personable Product Manager with excellent problem solving agenda and a smart communicator to support all product-level prioritization, development, evolution and launch.

Responsibilities

• Owns Product roadmap with clear definition of visions and strategies
• Strategize product through customer needs, business opportunities and technical challenges when creating your roadmap.
• Strive to strike the right balance of innovation, product performance and core product improvements
• Provide active collaboration to mitigate successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
• Work collaboratively and closely with the design and engineering team members along the journey of product discovery and exploration, and support the daily decision
• Create and manage project planning, documentation and resources accountability
• Coordinate with interdependent products and departments to ensure on-time task completion
• Work closely with the team, senior management, and stakeholders to create and maintain a product backlog according to ROI
• Meticulous backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
• Monitor the product launch plans and set the expectation of new features and functionalities

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years’ experience in Product Management of SaaS Product
• Experience in driving and owning a product roadmap with execution
• Strong understanding and experience with B2B SaaS products
• Experience in product led growth strategies for B2B SaaS products and have implemented
• Hands-on experience working in start-ups in scaling-up and transitioning stage is a plus!
• Domain expertise in user research or design software is preferred
• Clear communicator of big, ambitious ideas with ability to distil down into concise, exciting pointers
• Experience bringing the voice of the customer to an entire team and get buy-in on your ideas and strategies.
• Ability to wear multiple hats across the entire lifecycle of product exploration, launch and adoption.
• Ability to effectively multitask with prioritisation, organization and collaboration on multiple projects
• In-depth knowledge and familiarity of Agile process and principles
