The client is Brisbane’s most highly awarded residential volume builder and is extremely well established having been around for more than 40 years.
Due to a continued business expansion, they are now looking to recruit a Construction Manager to take care of operations in the Brisbane area and West Brisbane.
You will be responsible for leading a professional and energetic team of 4-6 supervisors, driving construction timelines forward, and building a supportive environment for your site supervisors.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Managing overall construction team performance against key performance indicators
• Ensure customer service levels remain a top priority throughout the build process
• Maximise workflow efficiencies through systems, processes and procedures
• Keep on top of cost and project management within your area of operation
Extensive experience in the volume building industry is essential as are the following:
• Demonstrable leadership skills which have resulted in the development of others
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• A clear customer service ethic
• A solid understanding of building regulations
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of OH&S
