Education:Higher (technical degree).  
Work experience: 3 years and more, preferably in Maintenance.
Language skills: Kazakh, Russian, English.  
IT knowledge and skills: A confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Outlook, JDE E1, Ariba.
Must have good knowledge of company equipment and related maintenance procedures.  
Must have good understanding and knowledge of planning processes, identifying priorities and scheduling maintenance.
Must be able to effectively coordinate and organize work with different groups.
Must be able to effectively establish relationship with customers.  
Must have knowledge of inventory/procurement processes.  
Must have technical knowledge of equipment standards.
Must be ready and able to take responsibility for work under minimal control

Carries out all supply services for cost centers of KTL, SGP, SGI, off-site and contractors facilities.
Maintains contact with requesters to ensure timely delivery of the materials required.
Assesses needs to determine the possibility to meet them at the expense of existing resources prior to placing a direct order, including potential replacement options.  
Determines what and how many inventory shall be available in stock.
Coordinates and/or analyzes the available inventory to identify opportunities for standardization and to avoid duplication.  
Tracks materials ordered per ?R/WO/SO till the final order fulfillment.  
Provides weekly report on status 41-45 regarding WO, WM.
Updates data on PR/PO on weekly basis and publish on web-page for customers.
Checks status of work orders timely to save time on direct and stock orders.  
Coordinates actions with Inventory Management group to confirm the correctness of new and existing requirements for stock creating.  
Responsible for creating Stock Authorization Requests (SAR).
Checks availability of required information: detailed description, number of parts, manufacturer’s name, preferred vendor (if known), unit of measurement, min/max quantity in case of repeat order, information on bill of material (specification), price per item etc. Checks job packs from Engineering group and provides information on availability of materials to reduce expenses of the company.  
On daily basis checks reports of planning and scheduling groups for status 55 in MS Access database.  
Controls delivery of materials to work sites (Bagging - Tagging process).  
Coordinates with Senior Procurement Specialist and appropriate Procurement Specialists to place.
Timely compiles schedule in accordance with certain Operations and Maintenance deadlines requiring materials.  
Cooperates with the Purchasing group on all issues of delivery speed up.
He/she is a connecting link between Purchasing group and vendor (vendors) in case of any issues (technical queries).  
Determines scope of remaining materials received based on work orders for TASP etc. to change the level of SAR or send back the materials to appropriate storages to return the capital investments.    
Conducts timely write-off in order to avoid accumulation of inventory in the maintenance shop or at plant facilities.
Performs a search, reservation, issues in E1 System the requested materials of all categories.  
Performs verification and execution of requests as per SO / S1 / WO.  
Uses E1 system  for obtaining and issuing materials from the newly created additional warehouse.
Provides communication between the inventory team decisions and maintenance procedures to determine what and how much to store in the additional warehouse.
Communicates with the customer regarding the correctness of the material and its timely delivery.
If necessary, arranges return of materials, in compliance with the internal procedure and ensures the delivery of correct materials.  
Communicates and performs quantitative review of the current issuance to avoid double costs.  
Coorporates with the Supervisor for customs clearance of cargoes, the Supervisor of the Receiving and Warehouse Group to acceleration and delivery of critical materials.  
Coorporates with the responsible freight forwarder to track partial shipment, as well as delays in the date of shipment and arrival.  
Participates in weekly IMPACT meetings, and provides a report and a metric on the completed work scope.
Develops and applies reports from E1 to compile high-volume work and emergency inquires.
Provides, if necessary, a report on consumable supplies for group Supervisors.  
Coorporates in accorance with instructions, procedures, requirements of business processes and regulatory requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
