•    Develop team operation plan in accordance with priorities.
•    Identify valuable information and potential causes of problems
•    Make optimum decisions based on the assessment of situation and consideration of future consequences

•    Work group construction specialists rely on technical judgment and conclusions and recognize practitioner as fully competent within one or more specific disciplines.
Job Specification and requirements:
- Higher Technical Degree
- Relevant work experience related to Job Description above - not less than 2 years 
- Strong Language Skills in Kazakh, Russian, English 
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiar with basic scheduling applications such as MS Project & Primavera P6
- Labor code of RoK
- Land Code of RoK
- RoK Government Resolutions on Environment Protection
- Environmental Code of RoK
- Code of Administrative Violations of RoK
- Technical Documentation Execution Procedure.
