• Education: Higher education for respective profession
• Work experience: 5 years or more
• Language skills: Kazakh, Russian, English
• PC knowledge and skills: Experienced MS Office (Project, Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Visio), Computer Maintenance Management Systems (E1)
• Coordination of cross functional team to identify O&M equipment needs and associated technical requirements
• Single point of contact for material transition to operating spares
• Liaise and engage closely with Operations, Warehouse and Base Business (BB) Operations to develop a process for receiving and tracking O&M equipment and special tools
• Collaborates with SCM Group to remove the auxiliary material storages and combine these materials with the existing stock inventory
• Contributes to the alignment of Maintenance strategies to determine what materials and in what quantities are required to be available in stock
• Identify equipment part list for critical equipment
• Provide QA/QC on spare parts required / purchased
• Works with Planning and Scheduling Group to ensure availability of the materials at the work place, whenever they are required to be used
• Perform risk assessment resulting from equipment not being available when needed
