 Kazakh, Russian, English - level 4
 Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, Word, Access)
Must be familiar with:
•    RoK legislative and other regulatory documents related to this job or job functions.
•    Basic knowledge of production process
•    Understand Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams & equipment datasheets
•    General process requirements
•    Collect, analyze and structure the information.
•    Work with multifunctional team 
•    Work independently with minimum supervision over the task completion.  
•    Share knowledge and experience with colleagues to achieve the team’s goals. 
•    Assess his/her own strengths and weaknesses 
•    Make practical steps for personal development 
•    Express thoughts in a clear, precise and structured manner, either verbally or in writing.
