Citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Higher technical education Instrumentation engineer. Work experience: at least 3 years of practical work experience in the production field in the discipline required to perform work planning. Must know the following: Operational safety management processes and standards, technology fundamentals; Process and equipment of the Plant, Field, SGP/SGI, Energy Resources, Loading and Storage and Sulfur site; Read drawings and diagrams required for planning work in a responsible discipline; Basic computer programs, JDE E1 and have the skills to find materials and spare parts; Arrangement and basic principles of operation of the equipment of Production Facilities; Methods for preparing and conducting meetings, meetings and various presentations. Must be able to: Draw up a detailed action plan for the execution of tasks. Collect, summarize, structure information. Develop solutions within the scope of job opportunities. Act independently with a minimum level of control over the execution of work. Assess your strengths and weaknesses. Take practical steps to improve yourself. Share work experience and information with colleagues to achieve team goals. Express your thoughts clearly, concisely and in a structured way in writing and orally. Legislative and other acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan that relate to his/her position or job duties; knowledge of languages: Kazakh, Russian, knowledge of English is not required, but preferred; provisions of internal regulatory documents and procedures within the framework of advanced training; philosophy of the process of improving the reliability of ground equipment (PUNNO); planning and scheduling process; preventive and preventive maintenance process; standard instructions for work requests; repair procedures; Confident user of computer programs, especially MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and JDE E1 system
