Contract: PSC Tie-Ins Interface Coordinator / Kazakhstan

Location: Tengiz 28/28

-    Establish and maintain a clear communication and interface with TCO Power Ops, FGP Power Ops, 3GP, 3GI and every Team within C&P Team on CSU subject:
-    Creates Requests for energization and de-energization works.
-    Approves request form with a requester.
-    Enables a clear communication by meetings, calls and email correspondence
-    Ensures receiving the agreement from company Dispatch team
-   Arranges meetings with electrical equipment owners and their customers (where necessary). 
-   Facilitates the meetings by explaining SoW and time intervals. 
-   Issues meeting MoM or meeting summary (if necessary).
-    Create Notification
-    Ensure distribution of Notification to relevant teams
-    Creates ERA.
-    Approves ERA with C&P, FGP Power Ops, BB Power Ops.  
-    Collects signatures.
-    Coordinates timely creation, approval and issuing of LUN’s.
-    Coordinates the process of reviewing and approving the Switching Cards

Education     Higher Technical (an advantage).
Work experience    2-4 years relevant industry experience
Experience in Coordinator, Construction (an advantage) positions.
Language skills    English, Russian, Kazakh (an advantage).
PC knowledge and skills     MS Office; familiarity with CMS, CoreWorx databases (an advantage).
