Role and Responsibilities:
Responsible to ensure that the preservation contractor’s personnel comply with the Project IIF programs.
Responsible to ensure the preservation personnel understand and comply with specific safety requirements when working in and around all operational, fabrication and construction areas
Will complete permit audits in contractor work areas to ensure full compliance is being achieved.
Understand the requirements of the Project Commissioning team in de-preservation for pre-commissioning and re-preservation post pre-commissioning.
Supervise and perform activities, test and maintain IEC certified equipment and therefore MUST be certified as having the competencies required to meet the minimum IEC 60079 standard.
Work with the Lead Preservation Coordinator, other Company Presrvation Coordinators and the MEI Contractors to review and understand the content of the Preservation Dossier.
Identify any special tooling that needs to be tracked and recorded by location to ensure the tools to be provided to Company are handed over to the correct team members to ensure shipment to Tengiz.
Work with the Area Coordinators to ensure the team understands the Attainment principles, Build it Clean, Keep it Clean, Preservation requirements for the complete program of work
Control and monitoring the programs of work under the Teams charter is critical and as such the Electrical Preservation Coordinator will assist the Lead Preservation Coordinator to develop any reporting requirements for their area of responsibility.
Assist and monitor Vendor Support program.
Work with the Lead Preservation and other Agency staff to define and produce a meaningful reports on a weekly/monthly basis
