The Client Woodside an Oil & Gas major Operator in Perth CBD are currently seeking an Inclusion & Diversity Analyst to join them for a 12 month contract.
The role provides an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the implementation and delivery of Woodside’s new Inclusion and Diversity Strategy 2021-2025.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
The role provides an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the implementation and delivery of Woodside’s new Inclusion and Diversity Strategy 2021-2025.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Reporting - supporting the team with some of the reporting queries that come through
- Monitoring the inclusion inbox and responding to issues/queries
- Updating email distribution lists - Inclusion Focal Points / Network Chairs
- PO’s and invoice payments for the team and backfill as required
- I&D SharePoint pages updates
- I&D Newsletter coordination
- Provide summary action items which come out of the network chairs meetings each month, track and prompt completion
- Administration support to the I&D team including meetings, notes and actions
- Support Jawun (a secondment program to remote indigenous community) coordination and establishing a clear process for coordinating and tracking requirements.
- Reporting - understanding of I&D reporting requirements and actively managing the collation of data from stakeholders
- RAP reporting
- Corporate affairs reporting requirements (London Benchmarking)
- Any ad hoc requests from the business
- Support of Workplace Gender Equality Agency reporting
- I&D background research
- I&D Training Courses Coordination
- Manage all I&D training courses offerings
- Implementing improvements and streamlining for all I&D training providers
- Support training coordination
- Manage room bookings
- Manage attendance lists
- Converting information over to the shared P&GC training calendar (to do action)
- Setting up trainers as service providers
- We are looking for someone who is action-oriented and able to balance multiple deliverables, with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- You will have a strong Administrative background, and a demonstrated passion for Inclusion & Diversity.
- We are looking for someone who is proactive, and will seek solutions.
