The leading infrastructure recruitment specialist are seeking a Senior Accountant to join a global leader in construction sector for one of Norway's technical infrastructure projects involving roads, tunnels, bridges, drill and blast works. The client acts as a market leader in construction sector. As a business they employ over 30 000 staff and operate across contracting disciplines.

Job Role / Responsibilities

You will assist the client by providing financial advice, managing the company's finances. You will be responsible for financial audits, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring financial records are accurate throughout the year. Providing the client with accurate quantitative information on financial positions, liquidity and cash flows within the business, while ensuring they're compliant with all tax regulations.

Project

The infrastructure project is based on the West Coast of Norway and consist of the construction of several tunnels, bridges and highways, the construction has just started and is estimated to last for at least 6-8 years.

Salary Package

The salary package consists of

• 800,000 - 1.1m NOK per annum
• long term project with permanent employment
• possibility to provide a accommodation

Requirements

For this role the client have a requirement of:

• Experience with construction projects
• 5 years experience in accounting role
• Skilled in SAP and other applicable business systems
• Must have experience in Scandinavia
• Fluent Norwegian
