The leading infrastructure recruitment specialist are seeking a HR Specialist to join a global leader in construction sector for one of Norway's technical infrastructure projects involving roads, tunnels, bridges, drill and blast works.

Job Role / Responsibilities

As an HR Specialist, you will be part of a leading contractor specialising in infrastructure projects. You will have a leading and broad role in HR where you will, among other things, work with trade negotiations, employment contracts, contracts, salaries, and business development.

The role is based in Oslo, the capital of Norway.

Requirements

-At least 5 years of experience in similar roles

-Fluent Norwegian

-Experience from the construction and civil engineering
