We are searching for a Technical Asset Manager - Wind to join the leading European asset managers and global technical advisor in Renewable Energy.
This opportunity will be based in Paris, France, where my client are headquartered and offers a flexible hybrid working model.
The client is the leading third-party providers of services to the renewable energy sector, manages wind and solar power assets for its investment funds clients in Europe.
They are ramping up their development through an organic growth (new clients) and external growth strategy (acquisition and partnerships).
My client offers a wide range of solutions covering construction, technical, administrative, and financial operations of wind and solar plants and advises investors on the acquisition or sale of assets.
We are searching for a talented individual with a good expertise in wind farm management in France.
As part of the company’s Asset Management team and working closely with stakeholders, the Technical Asset Manager Wind – France will be the first point of contact for a client portfolio
Responsibilities:
-Carry out technical monitoring for wind and/or solar assets
-Carry out wind turbines inspections/audits
-Manage wind assets’ HSE compliance
-Manage supplier and service-provider relations
-Look for technical improvement solutions
-Prepare technical reports on parks for clients
-Monitor contractual obligations: maintenance, insurance, Health and Safety …
-Develop new performance analysis in our software
-The post will involve travel to production sites in France and also abroad.
Qualifications / Experience
-Master’s degree in Electrical/Electrotechnical/Automatic Control Engineering and/or complemented by a renewable energy qualification.
-Experience of Management in Health and Safety is a plus.
-Experience managing PV assets would also be an advantage.
-Languages: French, English mandatory
-Three years’ experience in the REN sector and more specifically in wind asset management or wind maintenance. Any other sector skills or experiences over the ones specified above will be a plus (Wind/Solar yield assessment, Due Diligence, project development…)
-We are looking for someone with good communications skills, analytic and proactive, to integrate the team.
