Deep Water Fluids and Cement Superintendent / Suriname

On behalf of a major operator, we are looking for a Deep water fluids and Cement Superintendent to work on a 4/4 rotation in Suriname on a 12 months contract.

Exploration well with high technical constraint.

Responsibilities

• Manage the wellbore clean out programs and displacement to completion fluid prior to performing the DSTs.

• Ensure the QA / QC of daily fluids reports and cement job reports as well as track the associated operational costs.

• Ensure that cementing test procedures at the lab are as per all relevant standards.
  
  
• Manage indirectly the fluid supervisor on board the rig ensuring adjustment to mud properties as required, rig QAQC checks are done on mud, bulk and cement formulations….
  
  
• Review and evaluate the service providers performance
  
  

Essential

• Mandatory : fluent in English (spoken and written), French language written and spoken is a plus
• Mandatory minimum of 10 years’ experience in DW environment and exploration well
• It’s required that the Fluids and Cement Supervisor has a diploma (Bachelor or University diploma or Higher Technical diploma).
• IWCF “Updated” (E.Learning Certification is not accepted)
• BOSIET (Opito) with Compressed Air Emergency Breathing System (CA-EBS) Training.
• Medical certificate (less than 1 year) by an official organism (i.e : ISOS center).
• Should be a team player and possess good communication skills to improve fluids management on rig locations/office
