Solar Land Acquisition Representative Germany / Berlin

Due to the dynamic development of the company, they are looking for people to join the team as a Solar Land Acquisition Representative in Berlin, Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Proactive contact and conduct of acquisition talks for land
• Conducting negotiations with property owners
• Reliable contact for property owners in all phases of a project
• Planning, preparation and joint implementation of information events for stakeholders and interested parties
• Participation in the development and implementation of new business models in coordination with the department management
• Regular participation in team meetings
• Regular business trips to the federal states of Brandenburg, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Thuringia and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of professional experience in field sales
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Strong service orientation
• High willingness to travel
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Flexibility, commitment, team spirit and organizational skills
