Materials Man

On behalf on a large IOC we are looking for a Materials Man to work onboard offshore vessels on a large Deepwater project in Suriname.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to preparing operations in compliance with Company rules, safety and environmental protection referential
Verify the readiness of contractors and their equipment required for the performance of the operations, as well as ensuring all non-required equipment is backloaded
Be the offshore interface of Logistics department, under the direction of the DCSSV, to coordinate and arrange helicopter for passenger transport on/off rig
Ensure correct POB is updated at all times 24/7 not to overshoot the maximum POB
Ensure boat cargoes are as per manifest, backload manifests are properly filled, and boats are released in time

Experience:

10 years relevant practical experience preferable in drilling, Deepwater
Fluent in English
Computer Competency in MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
BSc or University Diploma of Higher Technical Diploma
