Contract: Planning Consultant – Lead Planning Consultant / Atyrau

Location: Atyrau 5/2

•    Leads interactions with shareholders, partners and government authorities 
•    Facilitates complex meetings and engagements with cross functional project teams, departments and organizations
•    Leads the development of executive level presentations and messaging.
•    Leads the consolidation of business plans and financial forecasts. Reconciles overall financial forecasts with business plan mostly under unusual or complex environments, or under rapidly changing assumptions and conflicting data.
•    Leads the analysis for planning detailed business strategies. 
•    Has major input into developing overall business strategies.
•    Participates in the development of new analytical procedures and techniques to assist in the analysis of increasingly complex problems. 
•    Brings and/or creates new business ideas and analytical methods to the business.
•    Leads continuous improvement of tools and processes
•    Thorough application of company Project Processes and Standards

Job Specification and requirements: 
-    Higher education
-    job experience not less than 4 years in budgeting, planning, finance, supply chain and contracting 
-    Advanced Level of English proficiency 
-    experience in Production or Reservoir management is desirable, 
-    communication skills, presentation skills, facilitation skills, experience working with leadership team 
-    RoK Citizenship
