We have partnered with an industry leader in water technology and they are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Scrum Master to join their team.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies
  • Aid Product Owner in product backlog grooming
  • Ensure the scrum team is centered by managing challenges and dynamic business requirements
  • Manage the Scrum team's performance and seek to improve efficiency
  • Track scrum metrics to ensure the scrum team completes all assigned tasks
  • Track the utilization of resources and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve resource contention
  • Work alongside the stakeholders to handle people problems and remove impediments
  • Work with Product Manager, Product Owner and Project Manager to manage release planning and ensure that the scrum team delivers accordingly
  • Align communication and work process between the scrum team working in agile fashion and delivery team which delivers project in waterfall fashion
  • Establish social contract and ensure scrum team keep up with the terms
  • Onboard new team hires to the scrum team practices
  • Conduct Scrum training regularly

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in leading scrum teams to drive project success
  • Experience applying Agile practices and Scrum methodology in software development projects
  • Ability to leverage Agile metrics to optimise delivery
  • Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile procedures to predict the development teams' needs
  • Experience managing scrum team that works closely with the delivery team that delivers projects in waterfall fashion
  • Familiarity using Jira to facilitate Scrum ceremonies, track scrum artifacts and track scrum team performance
  • Experience using Confluence and Sharepoint
  • Well-acquainted with product development, design thinking and modern technologies
  • Passionate about driving product success and promoting ownership culture
  • Scrum master certification preferred
