A reputable home building business that has been in the industry for 15 plus years and with a more recently established name in Melbourne is seeking to grow the team. The requirement is for a senior project estimator to take control of the estimating function. This organisation is known for their great office culture, national opportunities and flexible working options! This is a fantastic opportunity to be instrumental in their growth phase alongside experienced colleagues in the residential building industry.  

The role: 

• Running the Victorian estimation function 
• Systems & process creation.
• Sales, Production and BOQ estimation on residential jobs
• Procurement tenders, meetings & agreements
• Building and Leading a team to support you. 

Requirements: 

• Experience across all facets of estimation -( BOQ, Sales, Production.) 
• Volume building experience preferred but not essential 
• Residential housing experience 
• Strong communication
