Senior Safety Environment Quality and Risk Manager
We are looking for an experienced Safety Environment Quality and Risk Manager to work across a range of Rail projects. Key to this role is the ability to act as a business partner across a number of senior level stakeholders.

Experience across Engineering, Operations and Maintenance is key, driving business performance across safety standards, processes and operations. Looking for someone with strong leadership, strategic thinking as well as the technical capabilities. 

Someone with strong experience applying contemporary integrated approaches in one of more of a safety, environment, quality or risk gained within a complex, high reliability/high risk operating environment.
 
About you
 

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
• Relevant experience leading a team in safety management, safety auditing and/or assurance within a complex, high reliability / high risk operating environment.
• Experience in applying contemporary integrated approaches in one or more of safety, environment, quality or risk and have a solid understanding of the application of safety management systems, monitoring and providing insights and analytics with regards to Safety Environment Quality and Risk operational performance.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
