The Major Oil & Gas client are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join it's team in Darwin.
Responsibilities:

- Major Oil & Gas Operator
- 7-month contract
- Located at Darwin
Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of support to Operations’ customer groups and ensure a timely response to queries
- Provide administrative support in relation to all people related processes
- Prepare and maintain employee records and documentation.
- Support with day-to-day IR and ER matters relating to the employee life cycle
- Support HR Business Partner with all HR administrative activities
- Assist in maintaining accurate data within the workforce plan
- Assist in maintaining SAP personnel administration processes and HR master data
- Run ad hoc reports where requested
Skills and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a Administrative role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail.
- Strongly developed administrative and organisational skills.
- Ability to use a range of software packages, including MS Office suite
- Time management and prioritising skills.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative.
- Flexible and adaptable to the varied tasks.
- Ability to work with integrity and maintain confidentiality
