- PC knowledge and skills: PC knowledge and skills: Experienced MS Office (Project, Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Visio).
- Computer Maintenance Management Systems, Coreworx
- Act as a leader in safety and environment protection.
- Participate in Incident and Injury Free Program (IIF).
- Participate in Incident and Injury Free Operations (IFO).
- Participate and support any safety initiatives that are implemented.
- Position Activities/Requirements
- Proven knowledge with Electrical Equipment including but not limited to Siemens and ABB Adjustable Speed Drives (to 44MW), Harmonic Filters and cooler units, HV and MV switchgear with SEL relays, SEL Power Management Systems, HV and MV Industrial motors (to 43 MW) and Transformers (to 58 MVA), UPS and Battery Charging systems.
- Solid Understanding of EX rules and regulations, Comp Ex and/or Ex01-EX04 Certified would be a strong plus.
- Experience with maintenance of Large Industrial Gas Turbine Generators, preferably Frame 9A and the relative electrical ancillary systems.
- Competent to develop and provide SME recommendations to the development and optimization of the Electrical Preventative Maintenance Plans
- Self-Starter and demonstrated ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Multi-Disciplined Technician with Electrical as primary.
- Data collection and analysis.
- Understand and be very familiar with Major Electrical Equipment and Drives. Detailed knowledge of areas of maintenance and repair needed.
- Prepares jobsite for quality Electrical Maintenance activity ensuring cleanliness is maintained and accuracy is monitored.
- Prepares special tooling, spares, materials, and consumables required for Electrical services.
- Organizes Vendor Services.
- Schedules and works directly with Vendors on Electrical Drives, major equipment, and relative support equipment activity.
- Maintains detailed records and required documentation.
- Supports Brainstorm Failure Event Scenario development with Team to prepare for Start Up meeting expectations of Operations Leadership relative to Major Electrical Drives and all relative supporting equipment.
- Supports Infant Mortality Event scenario tabletop exercises for potential failure planning for Major Electrical Drives and all relative supporting equipment.
- Support Leads and Technicians ensuring Pre-/Post RFO Maintenance activity during rotation is managed.
- Supports the effort to re-assess the Spares, soft goods and consumables required for Major Electrical Drives and all relative supporting equipment.
- Works directly with Planning and Scheduling Group to ensure Events Team requirements are in alignment during development. Reviews and updates planning and scheduling once execution starts.
- Provide training and mentoring to Event Team Kazakh national workforce.
- Support the Transition to BB.
