Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily / Arizona, USA

The client is one of the nations largest Multifamily Developer/Builders. They specialize in garden-style apartments, modern mid & high rises, student housing, and senior living / assisted living facilities throughout the US! I am actively in search for an Assistant Project Manager with a strong background in multifamily construction as they prepare to break ground on Garden-Style projects

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide leadership, cost control, and oversight for all phases of the project from beginning phases to turn-over
Develop and implement cost-effective strategies
Keep the project on schedule and within budget
Work directly with the Lead PM & Superintendent to minimize risks by implementing our company safety and quality control standards
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors
Provide leadership to ensure there is a productive flow of communication and updates between the field and our clients
