The business has a new opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor to join the team and manage the company portfolio of homes across metro Perth.

The Role:
Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Complete Clients defect liability list
- Coordinate maintenance and make good any defects
- Make sure maintenance tasks are completed and comply with safety regulations
- Allocate maintenance resources as required and liaise with sub-contractors
- Implement preventative future maintenance measures
- Maintain key sub-contractor relationship
- Maintain and keep a maintenance record of jobs completed and a running record of jobs to complete
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience as a Site Supervisor/Site Manager on residential homes
- Trade background or tertiary qualification
- Strong organisational skills and excellent time management
- Strong knowledge of Residential building codes in WA
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
